Flat Work Ironer 1 or 2 Roll Chest Type Steam Heated.
Roller is precision machined with drilled perforations. Runs on
large and self aligning ball bearings with individual moisture
exhaust. Gear driven. Padded with steel wool. Optional imported springs
and heat resistant double layer polyester padding.
Ironing chest fabricated in boiler quality steel, precision machined,
ground smooth and polished. Individually suspended at four corners on
large pneumatic cylinders . Perfect 180º Plus contact with roller.
Adjustable and uniform ironing pressure across the entire roll. Chest
lowers automatically at power failure.
Powerful Suction
Individual direct mounted centrifugal blower on to the roller quickly removes moisture.
Failsafe finger guard stops the machine instantly.
Variable frequency inverter drive for precise and variable roller and feed conveyor speed.
